Card payments — genie Business (Dialog)

1. Connected — keys live only on the server in data/genie.local.json (never in this page, never in git).
2. Card / Online — Guardian reserves, then pays instalment 1 on genie’s secure page.
3. Next instalments — open a reservation → “Create link for instalment N” → WhatsApp the link.
4. Automatic — a paid instalment approves the reservation; the final instalment approves payment and confirms the Legacy Places.
5. Bank path — unchanged: Admin verifies the WhatsApp slip here → Approve payment.
6. Go live — live App key from dashboard.geniebiz.lk → Connect, apiBase = https://api.geniebiz.lk, and publicBaseUrl = the public https site (enables redirect back + webhooks).
